TWill having a strong work ethic is arguable. But I know this, you don't "develop" a strong work ethic, you either have it or you don't.

I think you can develop it. A lot of guys come into the league not knowing what it means to be a "professional." Being surrounded by guys who are working hard would possibly make them match the effort and work harder. Not a given, but a possibility IMO.

    [rquoter]Williams vents

Frustrated about his lack of playing time, guard/forward Terrence Williams said he hoped the upcoming trade deadline will get him off the Rockets' bench. He said he would prefer to play for the Rockets but hopes to be somewhere he can play by the end of the week.

"I want to play basketball, whether it is here or somewhere else," Williams, 6-6, said. "I like the thought of being here with Aaron (Brooks) from home. But I'm here to play basketball and I'm not doing it. It's nothing against them. At the end of the day, I just want to play basketball."

Williams, who has known Brooks since he played youth football for Brooks' father in Seattle, has played in only six games since being acquired by the Rockets on Dec. 16.

"It's been very hard," Williams said. "It's having a job and you can't do it."[/rquoter]

I wish we had just brought on Anthony Randolph or kept the pick. I pray to god every day that we trade Chase, but I know the odds are slim. He has played a little better as of late, but we need more versatility in the lineup.

Idk why we traded for this guy if we dont have plans for him in the soon future. Morey may have every intent of opening up pt for this guy but honestly cant let that be known, he needs just a little more patience..

We Clutchfans need to do something about this. Like go on some kind of strike or have a mass protest. Start some ruckus.

Not having balls so much as lacking brains. This is the same guy who kept tweeting that one is insane to keep doing the same thing despite getting the same bad results. Since when did tweeting increase his playing time?

Be a pro, keep it in the locker room and lobby for more time or a trade out of the public eye. Even better, develop a consistent jump shot while you wait.

About time he lashed out and who can blame him?

    Rockets don't owe him anything.

They paid the price to get him and its up to him to EARN playing time.

He wouldn't be the first player who wasn't as good as they thought they were.

When he gives the team a better chance to win, he'll play. until then, shut up practice hard and be a good teammate.

More classic tweets from twill, I have a feeling that tear aren't about the loss tonight but about his lack of pt

There was no reason why he should have played tonight. He would have definitely helped on the defensive end. He should be upset. They should be past the not playing crap by now. Adelman overplayed the starters last night, so they definitely needed him tonight.

This is what happens when you take a chance on a guy. I hope the pick we give up next year is in the low 20s. With the Knicks pick it was worth taking a shot on the guy.

During the game he is trying to be a good teammate. First one off of the bench to give his teammates dap. I have seen him jump off of the bench waving his towel.

Clearly off the court he shows his frustration though
