What Would You Do? Last week, I was out at a bar when I got a picture text message from my sister.. it was of her and Chase Budinger at a club. I didn't really think much of it because.. well, Chase Budinger goes out to the bars every damn night. Probably just 1 of 50 pictures he took that night. The next morning, I was joking with her about it and she says she could have given him her phone number if she wanted to. He had told her to 'facebook him' (really Chase?). My sister, who is 20, says "I can't believe he's only 22!" I told her she could date him once he stopped shooting 22% from downtown. Since that time, he's gone 11-15 from three-point range (73%!). I didn't realize he was so easily motivated. My sister ended up sending him a FB message thanking him for the picture and he responds with something along the lines of, "no problem, I'm always down to meet hot chicas." Apparently, he's adapting well to the Texan Spanglish lingo. Today, he asked for her phone number. So ClutchFans, what would you do if you were in my situation? Would you be okay with your sister talking to a Rockets player? Obviously it would be cool to have a Rockets player in the family, but these guys have several notches on their belt and my sister won't just be another one! And no, you don't get a pic to help you decide.
I would be guessing that somehow this thread gets back to him pretty quick...... However, he runs like a lady emu and doesn't do anything for us sans hitting open jumpers and being the recipient of the occasional Miller gift wrapped assist. I would have your sister make him fall in love with her and then tell your sister to move to New York and have her tell Chase to demand a trade there also.
