Talk about a knee jerk poll.

Remember folks - we're talking upside.

Hill but also has the bigger bust factor. PP is going to be one SOLID player, very little chance of failing but also not a superstar.

The answer can never be evaluated. No matter how their careers turn out there's no way to see exactly what their upside was.

Stromile Swift had greater upside than both of them. But it doesn't mean anything.

Honestly when Hill has it going, his moves resemble the likes of Bosh, Garnett...but he's not consistent enough.

I said it in the other thread. Ppat has a higher floor than Hill but Hill has the potential to be a really good player. I stand by what i say about Hill, if he were playing with Nash right now, starting PF on the suns he'd be averaging near 20-10

When Hill flashes it is exciting, hopefully we start to see him do more of it though.

Honestly? Really? Chris Bosh/Kevin Garnett? Did you see what these looked like in their 1st and 2nd year?

His moves. Obviously both of those guys came into the league. All I said was at times he performs moves that if he hit consistently he'd be a good PF.

That mid range fadeaway jumper is the exact same thing Garnett and Bosh has mastered. At times Hill performs that same move effortlessly and drains the shot...sort of like how at times Derozan can look like Wade (mostly against the Rockets) and at other times he can look like...Derozan...that's why we are talking about potential.

They both have good upside and we have them. BTW, hows about we stop calling him PatPat? That's gay!! Makes it seem like we're a bunch of women pinching his cheeks.

Hill really needs to bulk up if he wants to dominate in the paint. he has the length, but i don`t think he`s big enough to bang with some big time 4`s and 5`s in the league.

PP, if he can consistently knock down perimeter shots and stay out on the floor can be a very good player.

Over all Patrick maybe a better pro in the long run problem is Jordan has this potential label which will follow him his whole career because he has more raw abilities than Patrick.
