Once someone changed that, you will start seeing that these guys and girls who go on sleeping with everyone are only propagating their own internal sadness, supplementing daddy or mommy issues with 1 nighters that can end up in abortions or AIDS. It is much safer to be monogamous, and much more fulfilling.
As much as women complain about the double standard, it still isn't going away. 99% of all men would prefer to date the hot twin who's only slept with 5 guys than to date the hot slutty twin who's slept with 50 guys. not everyone is the same. what an ignorant thought that your opinion about sex should be for everyone. if someone has a certain number of sexual partners during a year and no one gets hurt, and that person is monogamous with who they should be monogamous. there is nothing wrong with that. and just so you know monogamy has nothing to do with a one night stand. it trips me out that there are so many people out there that think there is only one way to do things, and that is it. get off your giant high(egotistical)horse.
