    Curse Kahn!!!

He'll rather let Rubio rot until he is a free agent than trade him for some value.

Isn't he like 20 years old? He is hardly rotting, he is getting better, and playing fewer games, which will protect his body in the long run.

And with the CBA expiring, why not let him play in Europe for at least the next 2 seasons....pretty smart of Kahn, IMO.

This. He'll become a FA if Minny doesn't do anything when he's like, what, 22?

That is still senior age, in terms of college basketball.

Rubio seems to have put some more muscle than when he was drafted, but he still needs to bulk up some, methinks.

I must say the only thing impressive about this reel is the music, I mean there was nothing outstanding about anything he did, and you cant reach like that in the nba without getting a foul, seriously I could have made a better highlight reel than that in high school.

The first 45 of seconds of the vid is the same play over and over again...not cool. This actually lowers my opinion of him...he doesn't seem that great over inferior competition.

    I'm digging the camera angle.

I remember NBC tried something like this in the 97 season if I recall. They had a camera on a wire that was raised above the sidelines.
It shows you the speed of the game.

What's up with showing the same highlights?

He reaches in too much. I could see him fouling out in the first quarter.

I agree! every play on here is no different than what I would see from any high school kid. Yes the level is completely different, but you can find many scrubs in the NBA that can do pretty much the same. Really, his only appeal is that hes a young kid from overseas. Im still not sold on all this hype. Hes like Denilson of Brazil (Soccer), all flash but really no game

freaking 45 seconds of ONE play. and only around 3 and a half minutes of highlights? sure he's flashy, but i could do that with jwill or any flashy PG in a college game and make them look good.

i really want him to come to the NBA and prove how overrated he is.

i do have to admit his defense is terrific though at such a young age. that's the only thing NOT overrated about him. but offensively, i wasn't impressed with anything.

He will be a top 5 point guard in the NBA the minute he signs a contract.

compared to today's PGs, there's no way he's better than:

    Rondo
    Jennings
    Rose
    Wall
    Nash
    Billups
    Williams
    Westbrook
    Brooks
    Paul
    Curry
    Evans
    Parker

that's 13, and doesn't even get you into the next crop of Devin Harris, Collison, Felton, Nelson, etc.'s of the league.

You may argue with this now, but by the end of the season, there will not be much doubt.
