    US politics fascinates me, but there seems to be far too much negativity regarding the respective candidates in the D&D these days.

    The exercise is simple.

    - If you are a democrat, list 5 good things about John McCain.
    - If you are a republican, list 5 good things about Barack Obama.
    - If you fall into some other category, list 5 good things about each candidate.

    2. Former position on torture
    3. Former position on the religious right
    4. Former position on immigration

    1.Supports the removal of ethanol tariff.
    2.Seems to understand military tactics

    - If you are a republican, list 5 good things about Barack Obama:

    1) He's the 2nd best Senator from Illinois
    2) He's only associated with 1 America-hating pastor over the last 20 years
    3) Deep voice is useful in canned speeches
    4) Uninformed, white-guilt laden German youth love the guy
    5) If somebody votes for him, others will assume that person is not a racist

    I'm voting Obama, but McCain:

    1. Would make a fine president
    2. Has a rational approach to encouraging business
    3. Is principled
    4. Is experienced
    5. Is intelligent

    Everyone else, so far, sucks at this.

    I have to strongly disagree with number 3.
    He seems to have lost all of his principles during his campaign.
    He told americans that we deserve an election based on issues and has failed to deliver. Instead he would rather compare paris, spears and obama.

    And I also disagree with number 1.
    2, 4, and 5 I can agree with.

    1. Is good at basketball.
    2. Isn't fat.
    3. Has moved to the right on a number of issues.
    4. Can talk good and stuff.
    5. Hasn't played hide the pork sword with a less attractive woman while his wife lay stricken with cancer.

    I guess this is an attempt to poke fun of edwards and dems...but You could also be hinting at mccain leaving his wife when she was sick for a rich and young beautyqueen.
