Honestly, if you're going to argue with him on this you should definitely be getting on ya boys TJ and Texx. They are always stating the only reason he is popular is because he is black. To be honest I believe most people are voting based on who he is not what he is, but you can't deny the fact that people still hold racism in their hearts back from the time it was most prevalent. I think both sides have people who are swayed by race. It cant be denied

Nope, you couldn't be more wrong. I was lucky enough to be raised in a liberal environment, with a father who was a university professor and department chair, and a highly intelligent mother. We lived in a working class/lower middle class neighborhood of small homes built for WWII vets and their families. Had it as "guilt free" as anyone could in that environment. Doesn't mean I walked around with my eyes closed.

Big Texx, Its your type of thinking and rhetoric that keeps taking us back there. You says there are many people like you then obviously that means there are many many racially insensitive people in America, who close their minds to any type of opinions different than their own especially when it comes to race.

quite the opposite. I won't vote for a candidate out of white guilt. I vote on issues.

That's completely ridiculous and also slanderous

think, my friend, think. The easy (and lazy) way out is to simply pull the race card

Amazing crowd for a political rally in April, but if he loses another 'big' state primary - then I think it's obvious that the dems have a problem -- especially if he gets blown out.

I think there is little doubt he will lose PA tomorrow. The question is by how much.

I vote by accountablility. If the party in power proves incompetent , you throw them out and let the other side have a shot....which looks like switching out every 8 years or less at this rate.

I don't think big states are the problem people think once the general election hits. two things, some of these voter will undoubtly vote for him in the general election. also, you have to look at the sheer numbers that the democrats are drawing.

If you combine the totals of the two candidates, the numbers are really astonishing. Just off the charts. I can't see Democrats having a problem taking Pennsylvania in the general. Against John McCain? Chalk this state up as "Blue." Sure, some of the big states have seen Hillary Clinton do better than Barack Obama, but anyone who thinks large numbers of "Hillary Democrats" are going to vote for John McCain over Barack have either been believing the "spin" or seeing something I'm not seeing.

I still hold the contrary opinion that an Obama/Clinton ticket would win easily in November.

This exchange is perhaps the funniest thing I've seen in the D&D ever.

Your medicine tastes a little bitter when swallowed yourself, aye Tex.

You said you wouldn't vote b/c of white guilt. Obviously you feel most whites voting for him do. You pulled the race card first, I just helped you realize it, Bigot Texx

Are 90% of blacks racist for not voting for the white candidate (Hillary)? If not, then how can white voters be racist for not voting for Obama. Makes no sense, people.

The Obama race card supporters are off their rocker.

its only playing the race card when black people do it. when bigtexxx calls out white people who vote for obama because of race, its keeping it real.

I'm White and I still might vote for Obama(he had my vote in the beginning)... so I guess I am racist because I have thoughts of voting against him?

I don't know who TJ or Texx are, so I wouldn't consider them my "boys" I was clearly responding to someone that responded to one of my remarks.

If people are swayed by race for Obama, then it defeats the whole purpose of voting for Obama in the first place... and They have more white voters voting for Obama than blacks, it is no secret the majority of voters in this country ARE WHITE. Without the White vote, Obama has no chance, NONE, to win this election. So to say race is swaying people one way or another is FARRRRRRRRRR from the truth.

No 90% of blacks aren't racist for not voting white especially since that's all we've been voting for since we had the right to vote. No one said white voters are, at least hopefully not most of them from what I believe
