Like I said in another thread. If that's the case why Tmac or Yao isnt trying hard out there, either or both deserve to be in the dog house until they realize. I dont care how many we lose.
No talking about the injury, of which the timing is funny, but ioverall it seems he doesnt give a damn as long as he gets his.
It's hard to argue against the offense when the scrubs ran the offense so much better. I will say on Tracy's behalf it looked like he was trying to do what the coach wanted in the first quarter. Not completely and not without mistakes but it looked like he was trying to get into the motion offense a little more. Then the offense just sucked at the end of the first and the beginning of the second half and Tmac quit.
I have been trying to tell you guys for the past year. Everyone does not know the real tmac. You saw it tonight.
I am assuming we wouldn't be able to shop his ass huh? Has that been thrown around within the organization? Surely more people know about this side of t-mac?
He is too talented to just give away. But when it gets bad, he is not going to be the one to step up. He is the one that gets "hurt". He and the team need JVG.
wow i cant believe i actually agree with this thread....i cant turn my head and make excuses for him anymore....he shows up when he wants to. i love how kobe came back from his shoulder injury in denver the other night AFTER HALFTIME and McGrady wont even try to give it a go even though he had about 10 mins to recover
or vspan right? naw im just kiddin. I miss Sura. He would fight Shaq if that meant defending one of his teammates. I dont see a guy like that on this team.
For what? Another 1st round exit? Rafer continuing to blow open jumpers without worry? Bonzi and any other player that does anything beyond spot up shooting on the bench? Please man, just stop it. I know you don't like Tracy but all of these we want assistant coach back posts wreaks of vagina. All of you guys including every last player on this team needs to tuck it in and man up. Tell Morey to get some athleticism in here and players not scared to drive.
the problem with tmac is that he himself gets away from the offense plenty of times. He goes through spurts of having the ball on the wing or on the elbow and gets a pick or takes his man one on one.... thats when hes at his best. Then all of a sudden he decides he wants to bring the ball up and get a pick 30 ft from the basket where he cant be nearly as effective. Tmac tries to do too much and then he blames everyone else if things dont go right. If he could only play what adelman wants him to play....
I don't think he quit on his team. He probably didn't want to risk any farthur injury. After he is the only team wins any games. He is the only consistent scorer on the team, no other player can step it up when we need them to. Yao is doing nothing for his team, he can barely score and get rebounds when he's like a foot taller then whos guarding him.
This team has too many undersized players who can't keep up with where the league is going, so they're reduced to shooting jumpers, and everbody knows jumpshooting only teams never win in the end. Ask Luther and Deron what happened to the Illini. You see Deron drives a great deal, but you can't say that about the Rocket Luther Head.
LOL, TOF is just funny. Your boy is the only reliable scorer? like 25% FG? Anyone can score a ton if he is allowed to shoot 30 times a game.
Adelman is a stump on the bench, Tracy is a p***y, Yao is too slow and nonathletic to truly be dominant, the rest of the team sucks and I am only being half sarcastic. This team has huge problems and IMO a trade is in order, Yao can stay but he needs an athletic rebounding, shotblocking forward next to him to hide his inefficiencies on the glass and on defense but at least that man tries and plays with passion. If I see Tracy shoot that fall away J one more time I swear I'm going ballistic, when is the last time this wimp has gone to the hole? If you can parlay this chump into probably my most hated player, Kobe Bryant, then you do it, you do it tomorrow. Hell I'd trade him tomorrow for Tyson Chandler and Peja Stojakovic.
I was at that game last year ... at home against Golden State, fighting for homecourt and desperately needing a win. http://www.clutchfans.net/game_boxscore.cfm?GameID=2925 Golden State fronted and swarmed Yao and flustered T-Mac ... he was 0-3, played 7 minutes and he was done. To this day no one will ever be able to tell me he didn't quit that night. In fact, the Rockets were talking after the game about not worrying about homecourt. He is an amazing talent... just amazing. Rockets are nowhere without him ... but he is striking me as a guy who just folds when things don't go his way. And his attitude when playing with Francis/James is embarrassing to me.
