Just read in the paper. Peyton Manning has some type of eye virus. He got it after shaking someone's hand and then rubbing his eye. It will automatically select from the queue, but only if you are on "auto" mode. If you are not on auto mode, it will wait for you to get back, or until your time limit runs out. If you are on auto, after the queue players are all gone, then it starts going down the list according to how you ranked the players, taking into account how many you specified to draft at each position.
