    choujie,

Now only has Deke been a key factor in the playoffs, he was a very key factor in the season.

Deke's defense changed the pace of how the Rocket's played.

This Loss is on JVG. No way Sura or Padgett should be playing the minutes they're playing. The defense tonight is horrible and Mutombo is getting the Vin Baker treatment. Did he completely forget why they are even playing a game 7? It nothing to do with Sura or Padgett.

You guys can't let yao be the scapegoat. If anything is to blame, its the 4 spot. OK, so YAO isn't living up to huge expectations, but he is not the reason the rockets are losing the game. Yao is not the reason that this series has slipped away. People have said it before and will say it again: we just aren't good enough this year. With a healthy JHO, we have more than a chance. Starting Padgett and Bowen . . . that does not equal championship. It just wasn't in the cards. We shouldn't have won the first two games, based on talent-we won those on heart and grit . . . something thats just not there tonight.

If the rockets had at least competed in game 7 this would have been a good season, but this team did not show any heart tonight. I understand that your shot will not always go down, but at least try to play D and hustle and not leave the lane wide open. This game is going to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

All you guys talking sh*t about YAO have got to STFU 'cause this ain't the time for that crap. The guy had a good series and how many times have you seen a good big man without a guard to get him his points and looks. If YAO is a role player I can live with him getting 24 pts, 8 boards and 5 blocks on 70% shooting....now show me another "role" player with his stats

We keep double teaming off the screens, leaving one man open. Then we rotate to adjust to the open man after the pass, leaving someone else open. If this was another team with crappy shooters on the bench, it would work.

Problem: Dallas has a team and bench LOADED with good shooters so if they make their shots, we're f****.

Now if this happened once or twice and we adjusted, that's fine. Now we're down like 22 points and he keeps running the same defense and refuses to adjust. If we lose tonight because he's too stubborn or stupid to adapt, I'm going to strangle him personally. @~!#%!#@%$#@!$#@!$@ [venting frustration]

Never in a million years would I ever expect a Van Gundy coached team would allow 92 pts after 3 quarters in game 7 of a playoff series.

    I agree.

BTW guys, I am VERY ashamed that some of you are calling for one of our guys to "hurt" an opponent. That is classless. You take it in stride and remain professional.

I am ashamed of some of you guys right now. And am more ashamed of that pathetic frustration ejection by MJ, he should have remained with his team and taken the loss like a man, not looking for an early shower:(

    Be professionals guys!

Now, let's start worrying about JVG and Stern after tonight's game. I have a feeling that by Monday max, Stern will lay down the law harsh on JVG

yes, playing hard all season, going through the ups and downs...only to caputre a 2-0 lead going home and Blowing both games, missing free throws, and giftwrapping the series in a game 7 you would think they'd come out playing their hardest.
