    Miami cost of living is out of control. Why can't Republican policies slow that down?

    Do people on here know that the rate of pay in NYC is also significantly higher than most states.

    A 70k job in Alabama is probably a 110k job in NYC.
    It's mostly all relative.

    Miami is a much cleaner city than New York City. It’s expensive but for $5300 you get a nice high rise apartment without any drug addicts, communists and trash on the sidewalks.

    somebody making $70k in Birmingham can buy a house.

    someone making $110k in NYC can't even buy a studio in Jersey City.
