It’s the Stanford prison experiment. It’s socially acceptable group riot behavior to say anything and hate Tari. People get weird anytime a parent is active, I didn’t understand the mass hate on KJ Martin either. Meanwhile if I point out that Jabari plays like a physical lesbian and is the on court equivalent of a WNBA allstar it’s all of the sudden a problem.
Maybe we should get Jalen back and just play Jalen, Bari, Davidson, Tari and a random 5th lesbian in the WNBA. Obviously Jalen would still let us down half the time but I bet the other 3 might even make the playoffs.
Tari Eason randomly crying like a b**** on the internet.com in the middle of the offseason was not something i predicted.
Always got Chandler Parsons vibes from his game. Then his injuries. Now his personality, too? Maybe he will be making jeans ads soon and clubbing with Mark Cuban. Social media was different then so we didn't know what Parsons' mom had to say every day. Too bad.
Holding themselves back from what? What they really want to do is argue with internet randos. Their job is secondary.
This is just lack of professionalism, you dont go out and say things like this about people and what they do for a living. Just completely stupid immature comments imo. Go work on your game, and forget about social media. Things wont get better unless you mature Act like a professional Do good things for your team.
Can't speak for others, but I generally am more lenient towards players who can't reach their ceiling because they are just not capable. To me that's where Jabari's at. I've given up all hope that he gets anywhere near his draft comp of "tall Klay." But he is playing at a level that fits his physical capability. I'm less lenient when someone actively sabotages his own game, whether it's playing hurt when he shouldn't, or make bad decisions on or off the court. Because it's clear Tari has a role where he's excelled at, whether it was in college or early in his days with the Rockets. He's been a one-man wrecking ball off-the-bench disruptor in short minutes. He's put up some of the best plus-minuses of any Rocket in recent memory. But he just wouldn't accept the role that made him successful, and actively sabotaged both his career and Rockets results.
Tari's dad died last spring. And pretty much since then Tari has been a bit chippy. Really no telling if he is still working things out.
