Peterson is clearly the best player in the draft if his head is screwed on tight. He seems to have "it". Just the thought of the Jazz being better than the Rockets makes me want to heave. Too bad Yaxel Lendeborg is sitting out tonight, but he'll probably sit until Vegas starts.
It's only Utah summer league, but Darryn Peterson really knows how to play NBA-type basketball. Not only can he hit difficult shots while contested, he carved up the Grizzlies defense when they focused on him tonight. His floor vision is exceptional. Not sure if his quick-release 3-point shot will hold up in the NBA. If so, Wizards made a giant mistake at #1.
Good people, Darryn Peterson is taking the floor now in Vegas. AJ Dybantsa is also. Should be interesting.
Complete opposite of what happened in Utah summer league, the physicality the refs are allowing so far is insane. It detracts from everything. The Jazz team, including Peterson, clearly wasn't ready for it. They are playing in a state of shock, so far.

3 years ago, Cam Whitmore dominated the Summer league...I'm not getting overhyped about any of these players, but I would admit Dybantsa and Peterson are going to be super legit players in this league
Caleb Wilson announced himself tonight. I thought prior to summer league he could end up being the best player in the draft. But he won't continue shooting 6-10 from long range and I want to see how he reacts to getting blitzed and doubled-teamed by defenders in their second game.
