Ime will / has not play(ed) rookies (do you think he will change? Please, Realize with Ime here FRP have lesser value to our organization. because draft picks are rookies). Zion has never lived up to his hype but is not a total bust either. He lacks health, heart and motivation. Ime is the perfect candidate to work with him.
