He said the U.S. would likely launch more strikes against Iran Wednesday night, telling reporters at a NATO summit in Turkey "we hit them very hard last night," and "we're going to hit them hard again tonight."

He later said he's not sure he wants to make a deal with the Iranians, but also said he doesn't think the war will "start again."
