His Physical Measurements (What Was Recorded) From the 2022 combine measurements page, the only data recorded for him was physical: Height: 6'10" without shoes / 6'11" with shoes Weight: ~216 lbs Wingspan: 7'1" Standing Reach: ~9'1" So if you're looking for a specific sprint time or agility score, that data simply doesn't exist publicly for Jabari Smith Jr. Per AI
The usual doom and gloom is real here at CFs. Can you imagine the negativity this place would've had if it was around when the championship seasons happened? Somebody here would say they didn't really win! They should've won better!!!
They have Luka Doncic and Reeves back full-time and dumped Ayton for a better player. They’ve added Grimes, Sexton, and Hardy. I think that’s better than without those guys and adding Lebron, but in any case they were the fourth seed with Luka and Doncic healthy to our 5th seed. We’ve added FVV if he can even play, Marcus Smart who has averaged 35 games over the last 6 years and can’t shoot or create worth a damn, Adams who has one skill and hasn’t played a full season in forever and can’t be left in the game in the 4th quarter. Odds are we will experience multiple injuries during the course of the season. Utah, Dallas, and the Clippers should be better making the 50 win mark more challenging. Even if we get there, what about our roster makes you think we are built for the playoffs?
I apologize. I got mulitple AI responses that day and quoted the statistics. I really don’t know how it happened. I certainly didn’t make it up. I, too, can’t get the same return from my search.
I got an AI response yesterday that said Steven Adams had retired... some IG rando had posted the false story (looking for clicks i presume) and AI ran with it... lol! Searched "when is Steven Adams coming back" I love using AI to quickly pull info - but u better vet that chit b4 posting... lol
If they’re healthy, I think they can win around 57 games. Realistically, though, I see them finishing with 50–52 wins, with the second round being their ceiling.
I guess it comes down to your definition of cooked... I dont consider a team that nearly everybody expects to make the playoffs (or at least play-in) as cooked... I would agree that we are not a favorite... not a top contender... but if we make the post season healthy - anything can happen... and yes, i realize thats a big IF... lol The Rox are the only team to ever win a championship from the #6 seed... wouldnt it be nice to do it twice! Realistically, I'd say we have a 3% chance... but its better than no chance... which would be cooked imo... Personally, I'd be looking to see if we could get a deal on Kyrie... The Mavs arent going to contend and theyre doing the youth movement around Flagg... they could free up 25M or more next year swapping Kyrie for Fred and filler.. 2 year KD/Kyrie window coupled with our youngins.... We're already gambling on health - may as well go all-in... lol
If I had no hope of Ime being gone next year, I could support that swap. At least, it would give us another creator/shooter if he stays healthy and would take the ball out of KD’s hands a bit. I’d rather be iso heavy with Kyrie and KD, then be anything that is heavy with FVV.
I said going into this past postseason that the biggest obstacle the Rockets players had to overcome wasn't anything regarding the Lakers, but rather their own head coach. And it wound up being true. The team wasn't even remotely prepared for Game 1, Ime made zero adjustments prior to Game 2 other than hoping for KD's return, and he gave Jeff Green and Jae'Sean Tate key minutes in Game 3 including leaving the latter on the court at the end of regulation where he committed that boneheaded shooting foul on Smart. They'll still be horribly coached next season, except now the league doesn't need a month to figure out how to shut down the Rockets offense. The blueprint is already out there and Ime still has yet to adjust.
i dont see Ime getting canned in the next 2 years - unless he bangs Stone's wife or something... lol so if we run KD.Kyrie for those 2 years... i think it improves our chances at getting lucky... all depending on health... and we may as well swing for the bleachers since we got 2 frp swaps in 2027... If KD/Kyrie breakdown the next year... thats fine, we own our pick that year and we can let the draftees play - and prob turn our pick into another lotto pick in 2028... then we got KD and Kyrie coming off the books... hopefully 2 or 3 newer frps added to the roster... and we got all the space in the world to build around them... and theoretically 2 more frps that year in 2029 (Two most favorable of HOU, DAL and PHX then other to BRK) - although this is prob where we grease the wheels for Kyrie by giving Dallas back control of their own 2029 frp - and maybe pulling back a 2nd or 2...
Imagine if Luka and Doncic were coached by Mike and Tony! I don't know if we're "cooked" and maybe we could even sneak into the second round if we overacheive in the regular season and the bottom half of the western conference playoff teams bottom out, but I see this as a first round exit/play in team for the foreseeable future. The pieces don't fit and the coach ain't great.
Kyrie one of the most overrated players ever. The only time he won he was carried by Lebron. His game is aesthetically pleasing but in reality it is very inefficient with lots of mid range and low percentage shots. He has a lot of ego and just like KD he is a negative leader, on the Celtics he made a mess and caused drama with Tatum and Brown.
They won 52 games without FVV, Adams, Smart, Bogdan and Thornton how are they gonna be a play in/first round exit barring injuries? You think adding better players gonna make them worse or what? 2nd round matchup with OKC/SAS is the average outcome for this team.
if dude is "aesthetically pleasing" - cool cause folks keep bi*chin bout how ugly our game looks! lol! and for anything else... we already got KD - so in for a penny in for a pound... maybe if KD has a buddy to bi*ch too he can stay the hell offa the tweets... lol
