Funny, I don't feel that bad with Burrows going today and we "should" be able to beat up on Mikolas. The Imai and Arrighetti starts have me curious as to what we'll see with those two, have to take at least 2 of 3.

Crunch time but not as crucial as the TB series was or the Rangers series will be. Sweeping the Nats here really takes some pressure off heading into that Rangers series and the deadline. Getting swept heaps a ton of pressure on the Astros to win that Rangers series. A split either way is no big deal.
Battle of the RA Bandits !!! Nationals have been the one consistent team all season who's allowed more runs than your Astros. However, the Nationals have outscored your squad, by a good margin. I trust the Astros pitching vs the Nats offense more than Nats pitching vs Astros offense. Let's get a stat-pad series offensively, with average pitching (4.50 ERA). Astros could use a Stat-pad considering their deplorable differential. .
The bottom 3 with Diaz, Shewmake and Matthews means Burrows will need to not allow anything more than 1 run because we ain't scoring 3 this game.
