I don’t mind that he came out and said hey I’m not gonna go to the Knicks because they just want it and I guess I respect that a little bit but he is still choosing amongst stacked ass teens. I don’t even necessarily see the Knicks as a favorite to repeat. Nor do I think that’s going to happen. if you add LeBron to the Knicks, I just think it’s making another stacked team like any of them will be with his addition.

outside of going to New York if he is, just trying to get the best shot at the title, and considering it seems like Oklahoma City and San Antonio are off the board I would go to Golden State or Cleveland.

with Golden State I just believe it’s a well run organization and just him going there alone would bring in a couple more players. older players so there are injury risks, but I could see him re-energizing that championship core for one last ride.

With Cleveland, I just see it as a better option than Philadelphia. I don’t think that Edgecombe is quite old enough, and I do not trust Embiid as far as health.

the eastern conference is pretty weak and that gives Cleveland a very deep team. after that, they just pick up a couple perimeter defenders that can hit a few shots and they should be good to go. I think, considering he started his career in Cleveland, he should finish it there as well. the same could be said I guess for him to consider Miami, but I just don’t see that one.

I guess I shouldn't blame somebody for enjoying attention. But him requesting all this ass kissing when he's 100% already made up his mind is kinda gross.

Just like his heatles and Cleveland "decisions".

He should go to Cleveland. They won't win a championship but they will win a lot of games and he can have his farewell tour in front of a crowd of his fans.

If he wanted the best combination of a team that has a real chance at winning a championship and he could actually play a pivotal role on it would be the Spurs. They need a PF and late game decision maker. He basically perfectly fits their needs and they cover his weaknesses at his age.

I just don't see him going to SA. I think he'll only want to play with a true #1 guy and will prioritize having fun (off the court). Seems like golden state was a near guarantee until Washington pushed back on a AD trade.

“There is a "growing belief" from people around the league that LeBron James will sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to Marc Stein and Jake Fischer of The Stein Line.”

“There are whispers that the Cavs are delaying offseason transactions, like signing a new deal with James Harden, because they want to have open roster spots in case they need to trade for Bronny James.”

    I think it’s the Cavs

he’s probably dragging this thing out because they’re filming a documentary for his farewell season/tour and need footage/drama

Not a bad move. Well played. It's a nice story.

However, the Cavaliers need to be careful with giving him the power to trade Mitchell, Mobley, or Allen. Stop at trading Jaylon Tyson (because of what he said about Cleveland being Donovan's city) for Bronny. Definitely don't give up on their coach either.

It is a terrible fit on the court. TURRIBLE. The Finals teams didn't even have 1 power forward in their most-played lineups, let alone 2. He can't play small forward anymore.

Spurs made the the most sense. Lebron likes pop. They need someone who can handle the ball at the end of the games. They have a lot of talent and had some money to spend, but they went with Harris.

Lebron hate is truly insane and sad. It has been present his entire career (aside from a temporary wane around when he won in Cleveland). In a lot of ways, Lebron is one of the most admirable examples of a superstar in any league... He's not perfect by any means. Weird social media posts, and some narcissism to be had, but nothing that out of the ordinary for a superstar today.

If Lebron was drafted to a team that had their sh*t together within his first 4-6 seasons, like Curry in GS or Kobe in LA (who still almost pouted his way to a trade post Shaq), he probably would have played for the same team his whole career and won a half dozen titles... but people would of course still hate for other reasons. If you're drafted to a team that can't find you a better side kick than Mo freakin Williams after nearly a decade, you're going to move on. Especially in today's NBA. Absolutely insane how loyal he was to Cleveland.

Me too. I don't think the Worriers have a shot b/c even with Lebron, they just don't have the horses, or any young legs, to really compete deep into June.

Would be so funny if, behind closed doors, he was like "but don't bring Bronny. Been there, done that. Now I want to win." LOL

The Cavs are talking about a Allen, Strus & picks for AD.. That would be a horrible trade.

I would hope any free agent goes to a team assuming that their front office is going to try to improve the roster. Now that's a negative?

If it were so easy to just improve rosters, every team would just do it. Love and Kyrie is still a shitty team without Lebron. The Lakers are still mediocre with AD but no Lebron. He wasn't joining championship rosters. There were much better teams he could easily have joined.

Is the only acceptable standard that he joins a shitty team that tries to stay shitty and he has to then win a championship there?
