He’s just upset because nobody else offered him anything. But that’s on him and how he played last year. He didn’t really play his very best on his contract year. But at the end of the day he just needs to lock in and play better. Focus on trying to get that ring.

Agreed, and injured. Hopefully that is behind him. The Rockets were bidding against no one for his services. Most would think his contract would be more than extremely team friendly and it’s not.

It will have to wait until after Jan. 7 to use Tari in a trade. By then Trey III will already be off the table. NOP reportedly want 3 frp’s for Trey. I don’t know if he is that much more of a difference maker to make that big of a swing, I’d rather try to create cap space to go and get Rui who is a better 3 pt shooter and about the same on defense. Trey’s the better player, but if you can expend just 1 frp to create the cap space to sign Rui, I would prefer that to Trey. FVV and one of our own future draft picks to Charlotte for their trade exception and then sign Rui for between 20-25m a year for 4 years.
He’s mad because he got bad advice from his agent/mom and left MILLIONS on the table. And he’s still making generational money.
Expecting to outplay that and it looking like an under pay down the line is good for us. I guess bruh creates solid incentives. either he looks dumb and whiny and gets hated on. Or he plays well and was right. Up to him.
