I am a big SOF, but I also like to joke around. Bosnia played very hard but it's also true that Turkey was kinda unprepared. Bosnia immediately collapsed on Alpi as soon as he touched the ball but it was absolutely clear that he was the best and most dangerous player on the floor.
Until he gets some get back on Ayton. Non of what he does is impressive. Its not about regular season any longer with Segun. He is not a playoff riser.
Did you see his bad pick and roll defense as well? He is showing signs that he doesn't think his game is flawed. You can try working on your defense every opportunity you get.
Alpi has everything it takes to be great. It’s up to him to shut the haters up. It’s year 18 for him so maybe he can finally put it together.
They play one more game then they're off til November? I don't know how any of these tournaments work.
Yeah the tournaments are all over the place. I think after the Switzerland game on Monday they will play another game end of August against the second place from the other group. It will be either Italy or Lithuania. Afterwards there should be some more games during the NBA season but Alpi will not play in those games.
Thank goodness. I thought it was going to be like last year, which obviously took a toll on Sengun’s endurance.
Could've finally escaped this shithole but i'm guessing the baldy and the sex pest want to keep experimenting on him a little longer to see just how much he can endure playing without a competent ball handler before he has a heart attack on the court from having to attack the rim from the logo.
That will be happen next year if Turkey qualifies for the World Cup. You can be sure that Alpi will give everything to win a medal again. A second medal would be huge for him and the country.
Sengun is 23 making 34 Mil and Jaylen 29 making 57 million. When you look at production, age and contract there are a lot of teams that love Sengun. Plus Sengun has better advanced stats than Jaylen.
I understand and don’t blame him. He is a hero in Turkey. I just hate it for the Rockets. I felt the same about the World Baseball Classic that robbed the Astros of two of their players two years ago and contributed to them not having a successful year. If it does effect Sengun negatively, the Rockets will have a decision to make whether to continue to extend him for 50m or more per year to suck every two years.
I don't hate the WBC for Sengun. He's very likely to add to his game simply to be ready to lead his national team. When Steph Curry was in practice with the national team, he believed he could be transcendent. It's been very good for him so far.
