Better not be asking a starting role because that knee is not capable of playing starter minute.

Does this make it more difficult to trade him? What can we get for him?

So he can be aggregated with others in a trade after 2 months from today? Is that the rule?

If this is in response to inking a 5-year contract for more than 80 million dollars, dude needs an attitude adjustment.

These guys are prepped for the NBA so early these days, they never even had to think about getting a part-time job after school or anything like that. They literally have no idea what life is like for 99.99% of the world.

i have a strong belief the insanely good 3pt shooting was more real than the drought. I’m surprised the contract is 5yrs, and surprised about the trade kicker, but I think the $16 mil average annual is pretty good. Hope we see an improved attitude this coming season. Tari really disappointed me with his poor attitude last season.

He listened to his mom and bet on himself and it cost him a fortune, he wasn't willing to do it a second time so he secured the bag so he can play 50 games a season without being worried about it costing him any money

Tari was not pampered growing up and was not a major prospect until he was pretty old. From what I have heard other people that know him say - he is just incredibly competitive. It is very possible he was just fixated on getting the number he felt he was worth and not actually the money… his lifestyle is pretty subdued compared to a lot of other wealthy people. He interacts with normal people and doesn’t advertise he is an NBA player. When he was in Chicago - he was dressed nice but was talking to people and eating at places people making $50,000 would eat. His mother was also very down to earth.

I think the contract is structured so that we can trade it into the Taxpayer mid level exception. Very tradable in future off seasons

this seems to be lost on people. And I have yet to see confirmed exact contract proposal details from last summer. But I get that Momster has gotten annoying ;)

I like the money, but making it fully guaranteed was extremely dumb.
That definitely was Stone doing him a solid.
They should have did 3 yrs guaranteed with a 2 yr option and they could have even went to $85-88 million for that.

Given the drastic NBA landscape change, and our lack of a big move.
And knowing Stone & Ime are not going anywhere .
All of this is pointless anyways.

He seems like an entitled POS.

play ****ing better and stop getting hurt and you could of got more money.

He just became a multi millionaire set for life and he still seems miserable.
**** him and get him off this team

Love this deal and love having eason back. I get the injury concerns but he is a very solid and impactful role player.
