Looking at all these trades proposals and you all are trading the wrong players!

They are trying to get RID of Sengun, not keep him

 

We need another player that can attack the rim and distribute. This sounds a bit crazy, and the fit would be tough but I am thinking about Ja Morant. I would ensure we are protected from his lack of character (which could change but rarely does), and injuries to an extent. Then I am focused on building around Amen and seeing what happens with adding Morant there.

So this does represent moving Amen off the ball quite a bit. Not only this year, but philosophically if things work out for a long time. This also has us going pretty small. Everyone can shoot but Adams and Amen and we don't count on Kasparas much in 2026/2027. Green is locked in on a decent deal for a few years. Jerome can be a steadying presence if all else fails or goes haywire with JA.

 

So, trade Sengun for Ja? And give up draft capital?

would be so happy with Scoot, knowing the Rockets Jrue would be the target because everything must be Ime related.

 

Well, getting Kevin Durant is quite a haul.

Indy was good because of spacing. KD is an ISO player that destroys spacing. I doubt there interested, but I would make the trade in a second.

 

With morant now being in Portland and they traded from their big depth to get him, a SnT with tari eason for a guard could make sense .

I live in portand. I’ve been watching Sharpe for yrs. If he was gonna take flight it would have already happened. Poor man’s Jalen Green. No!

 

Jrue is the guy that fits the most for us. Championship pedigree and he can start right away. Great two way player

 

Since we do seem to be going for it I wonder what holiday would cost?

I really believe that we have to find another player that can attack. Ideally, for this season they are better than Thompson but hopefully it would get passed up pretty quickly. I am just not sure who is left on the trade market in that regard.

I really wish we would just bring in an elite offensive mind and allow them to build an offense around

the rotation is definitely a person or too short of contention, but I still believe the correct offense of mind could build an offense around that starting lineup.

Can you imagine if Rockets have 1st round exit in 3 or 4 seasons in a row?
