I know this is not what they are trying to do, and I will get burned for this but...

Teaching certain stories & allegories from the Bible, without any "you must worship this" context is pretty important educationally. Just like teaching Greek Mythology. There are so many instances where it comes up in literature or just general english language and so it's pretty good to know.

I agree. Some things are just good lessons, no matter where they come from. If you teach kids the "golden rule", whether it be from the Bible, Confucius, or another source, that is a good thing. If you teach the concept of "do no harm," does it matter if you mention Hippocrates? I support teaching children to be moral. Hot take.

I don't really know or care whatever the hell you're talking about.

    You have consistently bored me.

    Carry on.

    "I think you're pretty pathetic."

"I don't think about you at all."

Ugh, I really don't want to move. I'm comfortable here. I like the people. I like the H-Town culture. I know my way around. And my two preferred states are cold and expensive. Bigliest, it's just a ****ing PITA to move as an adult with all the stuff. ****ing assholes.

I'd say this will get thrown out in court, but USSC is as corrupt as the rest of the conservative government.

What are your 2 preferred states?

I’ve lived in Houston/Sugar Land 95% of my life, but if I leave I’m headed straight to Chicago

I’ve been spending more and more time there throughout the years…hell, I’m in Chicago right now walking along the Lakefront

Mass for safety, healthcare and education. Colorado because I love it.

My wife grew up in NW Indiana which is essentially a suburb of Chicago (in Houston terms). Took me a minute to convert her to H-Town teams and she still hangs on to the Bears. The summers there are gorgeous.

lol six months. I think you’ve been away from Houston too long.

I haven’t done the northwest but my wife absolutely loves it and wants to move there. Oregon might be her #1.

We weren’t talking about countries but New Zealand is my top choice followed by the Nordic countries (maybe I can just shunt between the two for perpetual summer)

Yep, I've got a cousin who moved there and she absolutely loves it. I keep threatening to visit. The trip to the US and back that they do every other year sounds like a ****ing ordeal though.

I wouldn’t be coming back yearly. I can become the destination holiday for my friends and family.

If Election fraud was real the GOP wouldn't be in power - it is frankly stupid to even say election fraud.
