Suns have decided to lock themselves into mediocrity for a while. Sounds good to me. Can't really blame this owner considering what happened with Brad Beale and KD. LOL, he won't be caught dead making that kind of mistake again.

Teams prioritizing what's good for business instead of hyper-focusing on taking steps to compete for championships has been and will continue to be the NBA way, for the most part.

 

Williams is not a bad deal for the Suns.

I'm surprised he didn't go to market - thought he would have got full MLE. Perhaps his agent realised nobody was going to offer that and took the Suns money.

Maybe the real play is the Rockets are holding out for a disgruntled Luka and they can move Durant and a couple picks to L.A. for him.

LeBron and Durant can finish out their careers together.

Luka and Sengun can create Europe's favorite duo.

Don't blame Amen for Sengun being ass on defense and not being able to hit a shot outside 8ft.
