We needed a Wemby clone but settled for a Brunson clone.

 

We traded Cam for Bruce Thornton and cash.

Seriously, I hope he ends up a steal, but even moreso, hope he's an actual pg that can help us.

 

Dude will not be successful in this offensive structure. He needs spacing I the floor tk operate and get to his spot and lose his defender. A waste of a trade and assets.

 

He's not really a PG, he's a short SG.

No one knows that at this point. He was a tough defender in college. I was comparing him more in terms of offense

Rockets are weak at developing young talents. They know that.

That's why Rockets don't get more rookies likes OKC and Spurs did.

 

He's kind of a mix between Aaron Holiday and Daishen Nix from everything I've seen of him.

 

Last time a senior college player that had this type of steady growth / improvement profile in college eventually got traded with four first round picks (Desmond Bane)
