Cash Considerations would have probably contributed more than anything off of our bench in the detestable Lakers series.
I won't lie.... ca$h considerations feels pretty crap. At LEAST get a protected pick out of it.... On the flip side, pick 55 and the dudes available who went undrafted are probably not much different. Why not get paid for one of them? A shame we didn't leave that pick with the Knicks and save next years SAC pick.
So we didn't draft a shooter. So we have Fred, Amen, and Reed. We drafted a Holiday replacement? Unless they are scraping the Amen as a PG this is just another Stone draft that I'm left wondering wtf we are doing?
Wait a minute, what's the deal with the Wildcat coming? And is he coming to LA or Houston? We have a Wildcat to spare...
Cash Money Records taking over for the '99 and the 2000! Uuuuuuuh!!!!! Rockets won the draft!! UUUUUUH!! Cash Money and Big Booty Bruce gonna back that ass up!!
You're just not a ClutchFans member if you can't get mad about trading the 55th pick in the draft for cash. He's going to be the draft steal!!!
This is the first time I can remember the rockets outright selling a pick for cash. That's prioritizing finances over winning. Yeah it's just the 55th pick so the impact is minimal, but it's a big deal based on principle. Shows ownership is not all about winning. In the past under Les the rockets made a lot of moves to duck the luxury tax. It seems we are back to that way of thinking.
This is extremely disappointing lol Tilman is at the upper end of NBA owners why the hell are we trading picks for cash? And Martinelli actually looks like a decent prospect wtf.
