Trey Murphy has reportedly demanded a trade. I really hope the rockets are involved in these discussions. We could use his shooting and he’s on a good contract.

That might bring his cost down to something approaching reasonable.

    Durant, Adams to Warriors

    Butler, Murphy, Missi to Rockets

    DFS, Capela, #11, Hou (top 10 protected) 28 & 30 1st to Pelicans

KD, Adams, 2 protected first for Murphy, Missi, and half a season of an expiring Jimmy Butler.

Its not cheap, but Murphy won't be cheap.

DFS, CC, RS and one 1 future protected 1st for DM would work, but is he completely healthy now for the long term? I’m also concerned about his 30 percent 3 point percentage. Perhaps Trey might become available for less than three 1sts.

That would be awesome, but will the Pelicans agree here? I have my doubts.

Trey for FVV works on the Espn trade machine. Offer the Pelicans three unprotected 1st round picks in this scenario. Dumars is unlikely to agree, but that would be amazing.

Trey will realistically require a Bridges level haul, right?

Are we really prepared to do that?

I think that they would give some pretty serious consideration to three first round picks.

I would have to think a little bit on that, but I would probably do it.

Y’all think Bucks would trade Kasparas with Rollins, Burries, and KPJ on roster

He shot 42% from 3 lastvyear

my understanding is that Kasparas’ inclusion was an important part of the trade for Milwaukee. KPJ is likely the odd man out. They are building their backcourt around Rollins, Burries and Kasparas, who can play off ball.

The Rockets should try to acquire Grimes, if the asking price for Trey is too high.

DFS, Adams, 3 FRPs for Trey Murphy

Steep price. He makes tough threes. A little weary of his defense.

I’d do it. Though how about this tweak: FVV and 3 FRPs for Murphy. The money is perfect.

    Amen / TMIII / Durant / Smith / Sengun
Sheppard / Eason / DFS / Adams or Capela

I'd bet on FVV being better than DFS. On Adams, I'd not like to include him, but he has salary in 27-28 that would be helpful to get off the books if adding Murphy. Also, I don't think Adams fits with Amen.

FVV, Amen, Trey, Durant, Sheppard, Eason, and JSJ would be 7 men to a pretty decent rotation. I think Sengun and Capela would need to be moved to get guys that fit those 7 guys.

If FVV comes back like DFS, sure, send him off. I'm guessing FVV is at least backup PG material next season.

Rockets In: Sabonis, Missi and Trey Murphy
Kings In: Zion, Sheppard, DFS and a future lotto protected HOU pick
Pelicans In: Sengun, DeRozan and Keegan Murray

The Rockets retool and bolster their depth with more talent. They do take a chance with Sabonis's health.

The Kings give Zion a new start and put him next to Lavine and Monk and pick up a decent haul for Sabonis with Sheppard and a first rounder.

Pelicans move on the Zion period by picking up a young all-star, a veteran and a young 3-D player. Maybe the Kings provide them with a couple 2nd Rounders.

    Murphy/FVV
    Amen/Murphy
    KD/Eason
    Sabonis/Jabari
    Jabari/Missi/Adams

Possibly FAs: Bruce Brown, KCP, Hardway Jr, Middleton, Kennard, Trent Jr, Marcus Smart.

Sengun for Trey in a three way with Charlotte. (That just sounds wrong). FIT

DRAFT —> Henri Veecaar today, let Adams & Clint play in Alpi’s void while working in Veecaar. When one of the old timers goes down Henri is our answer.

    Sign Grimes.

With all the new found shooting Davison and Newton and both play a role.

Hire Jason Kidd to something that replaces Ime if he doesn’t make changes.

I would love to replace KD with him somehow. Even if it's in a three-team trade. KD was still better than Trey last season, but not by much, and Trey is 12 years younger.
