We Need to Move Up in the Draft

Reality, as sad as it is, is that we have a do nothing owner, an incompetent lawyer as GM, and a lousy head coach who is supported by a coaching staff that’s in over its head.

Love how tight his handle is in traffic. Appears to have great composure and range on his 3. Add a variety of ways to finish and he'd be great guy to add to our bench.

 

lmaooo @ Stone doing any proactive moves. If it requires any type of risk, forget about it. We have a GM who believes in 0% risk and look where that has gotten us.

 

Trade Reed Shepherd plus 2027 first rounder to move up to get one of the three top ten projected point guards.

Hard to say. if we have the chance to pick a sure point guard we should think about it. of course if we get lucky and get a top 3 say it would be better to hope Reed can overcome his physical limitations and handling issues

I doubt Reed plus two seconds will suffice. we could offer the worse of the two 2027 firsts

 

Only two teams traded out of the first round. None in the lottery. That alone should make Stone feel like an idiot. Every GM in the league knew this was a strong draft, none of them would be dumb enough to relinquish their pick for next year’s picks. Our future guard was in this draft. Stone is a dumbass!
