We wouldnt even be in the playoffs if it wasnt for him. 5th seed with KD playing 79 games 25 on 55/45/85. If we had JGreen and DBrooks this team would be in the lotto instead and give that pick to OKC.

to be honest the trade worked out OK. even with Twitter gate I still think we will be able to recoup most of the value we sent out.

if there has been some sort of reconciliation in the locker room around our goals for next year I think that that would make a great piece for fans to read.

Well, Iko is saying the Rockets are listening for potential trades for possibly anybody short of Amen and also going to try and re-work their bench, so whoever is doing the interviewing better get to them before they're gone.

Hopefully Dickerson is gone before next season before he screws the team over anymore.

He saved the season. The team would have been screwed without him. No FVV and no Adams, itd be like the playoffs except for the whole season.

We were gonna give our pick to OKC so having a disastrous season only to benefit OKC would be the worst.

You act like KD didnt just lead us to a 50 win season smh

How did KD screw over the team? The main guy he was burning in the KD files actually performed better after the leak. The only ones saying the team is destroyed are 3rd parties trying to stir up drama. Yeah KD might be up for a trade...guess what Sengun, Jabari and Reed are as well. I guess all these other players destroyed the team too?

I don’t care about the regular season record. Dickerson ruined the team chemistry. It was painfully obvious. Time to jettison him before he Brooklyn’s us.

    No brother.
He kills young player development, he kills vibes and team chemistry, he cripples offensive schematics, and he iso balls without the same playmaking as other metronomes like Lula, prime Russ/JH etc.

We had the EXACT SAME win total with as without.

He had to “save” the season bc it was lost primarily bc of all the negative adaptations the team had to make to accommodate his 20 second dribble/iso style.

If he was willing to be a shooter or floor spacer with his marvelous offensive gifts that would have actually saved the team. But he prefers personal stats over team achievements.

    Bye b****erson. Good riddance.

I just don't think KD is tradable. Nobody wants him at a high price, we're going to be holding the bag.

As I said, let him rot on the bench doing 10 MPG until he gets off from his burner accounts. Let him get showcase minutes. He can pout during the playoffs, then he can watch at home.

He'll need to burn a whole year and turn into an expiring contract before he's a tradable asset. That's the way I see it.

We were missing FVV, Adams, Jalen Green (good ver) and Dillon Brooks from last season.

He made up for almost 4 players.

The stuff you are saying dont really pass the the objective lens. If you look at KD's usage rate he only used as much as Jalen Green, and we all know JG wasnt exactly an off the ball type.

My suggestion use stats first before you spout all kinds of stuff cuz it seems you got carried away and talked yourself into thinking KD was bad.

If you dont care about the regular season record why do you care about team chemistry? That was in the regular season right?

The team was without him in the playoffs and they got boned by old ass Lebron and Gleaguers.

I get everyone wants to cry wolf and blame KD for the teams struggles even though it's not his fault Sengun and Amen are god awful shooters that kill space and Reed/Sengun are terrible defenders and Eason is the definition of inconsistency but saying KD cripples schematics and only iso balls is ridiculous. KD was and is the only reliable scorer on this team. The only got that can get his shot off at any time anyplace. It's been said forever that KD fits into basically any offensive scheme because of the skillset that he possesses. I get everyone is butt hurt because of SAS, OKC and possibly Dallas being younger and better but lets not blame KD.

The fact is the coaching on this team sucks and the young players are flawed and have plateaued. There is zero reason if the young guys are as good as people think on here they should have lost to a banged up B level Lakers team. Reed couldn't hit the side of a barn and was getting roasted on defense, Sengun was so bad Ayton looked like a legitimate NBA player again, Eason was MIA and Amen got exposed again for his inability to shoot and it hampered the offense. Put the blame where the blame lies on the players themselves and the coaching staff.

I just don't like the guy and don't enjoy rooting for the Rockets as much with him on the team.

    LMAO,

Last yrs team was a group of guys that cant shoot and they didn't have a PG. Although I seriously doubt a 52 yr old FVV is going to make much of a difference next yr.

Whether this team has good chemistry or not doesn't matter. They are poorly constructed and simply aren't talented enough. This is on Stone/Ime, they want do be defensive team, but with Sengun/Reed etc... that's never gonna happen and next season is a waste of time.
