I have a good feeling. Team is coming together. Good matchup and litmus test for Houston’s momentum. Really can’t afford to get swept.

Cease has dominated current Astros (.596 OPS). Brown has dominated current Jays (.622)

I'd love another 2 hour 7 minute 2-1 Stros win.

    No jinx.

Meyers 8th and no Matthews for a road game.

Espada doesn't help this team much.

Dylan Cease was supposed to pitch yesterday but their game got called off due to weather. They will be all well-rested for this one.

Why the F is Matthews not playing? It's an away game and Loperfido had a sub 600 OPS last season in Toronto.

Meyers needs to be batting 8-9th.

I would start Matthews every road game, although I dont think facing Cease is a good matchup for him.

    Probably because he’s a K machine and Dylan Cease is a RHP with a 13.6 K/9.

I think he thrives from Peña Protection, but looks 7th or 9th in this small sample size. Espada should be sticking to anything that's working at all.

Y’all put way too much emphasis on small sample sizes and randomness.

    '25 Meyers

    Picsart_26-06-22_18-11-28-736.jpg

Doesn't matter how small the sample size, if a player is completely struggling in particular positions in the lineup, you don't play him at those same positions especially if there could be a better replacement all together. Jake's position the past two games resulted exactly how the stats say the past two seasons.
