    Agree to disagree.

But one last point. Dickerson definitely forced his way out of Brooklyn after emptying their war chest and getting their coach fired.

    He’s a cancer.

In other news. KD closer to billionaire status. His boardroom company signs a deal with Amazon

Exactly if you look at the playoffs each team had a great story if they were to win. They had wholesome bortherhood and deep freindships. Phoenix didnt have that last year but this year some how they went from "the locker room hates each other" to "we're all brothers". We went from "Alperen Sengun always" to "Jabari Smith Jr is a r****d" its ****ing KD. Its why the Warriros championships felt empty and meanlingless with him. Go back and look at when they won you can tell he really felt nothing because stacking the deck and playing with people you dont even like means nothing.

The funny thing is the NETS WANTED A REAL COACH. It was KD that said coaching didnt matter and insisted on first time coach Nash lol Its proof that even when KD gets exactly what he wants he's still not happy. He hand picked the coaches in phoenix and got each one fired. He help get rid of paul and then complained about lack of play making lol. Next year when he gets fred back he's gonna hate him to it will never end.

he was the most efficient shooter on the Rockets last season

    but thats it

and it doesn't matter if its accurate or not

I don't even care if he said it openly

problem is he disguised himself and said it thats coward and a snake thats a cancer on any team whether what he said was accurate or not

Best player = most likely to score a contested bucket

He sucks at everything not named shooting. He cant even create shots for himself decently. Sengun is a better player than him as is Amen. Team suddenly became r****ded when he showed up.

I agree. Be prepared for the box score watchers to call you a moron, idiot, hater, or only-fan.

Some of this is getting a little overboard; KD's main positive on the court may just be his elite shotmaking, but it is still truly elite when he's healthy. Not that easy to find an absolute bucket of a #2 option who isn't a total liability on defense and is also a solid rebounder. He needs to be playing with a true #1 option who draws double teams and knows exactly how and when to get him the ball in his spots at the right times. A true offensive engine guy like Joker or Luka who is a massive problem for opposing defenses and orchestrates their offense to the T. To those teams, he has a lot of potential value. To our team, which isn't contending either way, not so much.

You’re not truly elite if you have to have a top ten player of all time to make you elite. At this point in his career, he is only elite at shooting. Durant does not magically become a good all-around unselfish player that is willing to play second fiddle at 38. He’d be great on offense for us if he was willing to be a spot up shooter and closer. He is not.

He is limited for a superstar and Elite point guards he's played with has masked that. Its why the Nets were a .500 team with him and Kyire before Harden got there. Its why Phoenix struggled because they got rid of paul and when KD was out they had no real pg to go through. Think about most superstar even GIannis is great at finding the open man out of double teams. Its KD who always needed so much just to win a chip because teams could just double him and its wraps. We are basically overpaying for a shooter. We could trade KD and Jabari or fred and surround Amen and Sengun with young shooters. Get a coach that actually has an offense and be a young successful team but Stone doesnt have the balls which is why he should be gone too.

Durant is the basketball equivalent of a shitty timeshare. If you can find a sucker to take it off your hands, you do it.

He is much much much worse than the sum of his parts.

i can agree with this to an extent...
I think many professional athletes have inflated egos and are shi**y people... remember when Kobe literally facepalmed Pau and shoved?
Imo opinion thats why many 'super teams' dont work out - too many egos...

I wish all of guys carried themselves like Steven Adams - working hard, smiling, lifting others...
or even FVV and were cheerleaders for their teammates...
I thought Harden was great when he arrived and had his pre-game ritual w CP and Lin - then it became about 'cornerstones and role players' and "those that matter dont mind - and those that mind dont matter..."

I would much rather support good people... thats why i had no prob w the 'treadmill of mediocrity' years w Scola... i liked our guys and they worked hard - even if they underproduced...

KD did not improve the team at all.

We literally had an identical record as we did with Green and Brooks etc.

KD is treading water, and he is declining, please move him, we have younger players that need the time - KD is one trip away from the glue factory.

Let him go and try to ring chase elsewhere.

I just cant understand anyone who claims to actually watch basketball...and thinks Durant is a winning player. Its mind boggling. As the season went on I became more and more exasperated at how little he tries at the most basic of things. Box outs, close outs, pinning off his guy for an entry pass, passing it to *not the other team*, rebounds, general communication, body language, being there during a playoff game, dribbling...etc.

I would trade him for Dillon Brooks straight up if someone told me that was legit the best offer on the table. Buddy needs to be spoonfed the ball by an elite point guard making airplane noises. Played with the second best passing big in the NBA and still couldnt figure that out.

and thats why we get so many shi**y athletes... they are told that if they are good enough - then their toxic nature is excused...

You just keep positng like anyones buying your BS lol KD is a trash person dont ever compare him to Kobe. Kobe would have never done that in his prime. Going to the Warriors was the most cowardly act in NBA history.

If KD would give up the ISO's as the main part of his game and become a catch and shoot play finisher he might actually fit in well if he would stay off of social media and quit demanding the ball. If I see another ISO from him that turns into a turnover when he is quickly double teamed and can't pass out of it to save his life, I will puke. If he simply became a catch and shoot finisher it would maximize his shooting abilities and he would likely score close to the same with less turnovers all within the flow of the offense. Unfortunately, that only works if he embraces it and our offensively challenged head coach dictates that is how he is to be used. An occasional ISO is okay but it cannot be the main part of his game.
