I gave MY reasons why I think this war is necessary and Trump didn't go far enough IMHO. He should've finished this evil regime by any means necessary IMHO.

That comment was so dumb I didn't even engage. I have and idea, lets build houses and bombs and then bomb the houses. That will make the economy doubly great! In fact we can blow everything up and rebuild over and over. Office buildings, factories, department stores - everything must go. The economy is literally on fire!

I wasn't surprised by this outcome (including abandoning Israel, which I stated don't be surprised by that just 1 week after the war). What I am surprised by, even though this IS a pattern with him, is that he is now publicly elevating Iran: calling it smart and strong, saying it should have ballistic missiles, that it cares about its populace, etc

What this war or whatever it was has already done, is molded the next leaders of the "Evil Regime".
We just do not know who will ascend to that role. But I bet their parents were killed.

I have never had any love for Iran, but what this buffoonery of a war has done is given license to Iran of being the controller of oil flow through the Strait for the foreseeable future.

Let's say a proxy of Iran launches some missiles towards one of our bases in the area.
We retaliate and, uh oh they close the Strait again.

This will be a never-ending cycle. As conflict has always been in that region.

Best part is we are paying them to be a nonstop thorn in everyone's side.

Trump made Iran more powerful than they really are.

 

It's never over with Trump. Iran knows this well.

(The language around the $300 billion leaves plenty of ways to kill it, and plenty of opportunity for the corrupt and greedy. That isn’t atypical, but when you have someone like Trump, that $300 billion could range from actual infrastructure, complete with Trump hotels, to zilch.)
