    We were trained well as kids...when you hear that truck, get inside somebody's house. When you hear the ice cream truck, get the hell outside post-haste

    Looks like Arthur's going to do a drunken stumble to the NW at exactly the worst time for the City of Houston. At least that's what the most recent projection I saw indicated.

    Still doesn't look all that intense.
