Yeah was probably some bullsh*t that he actually got arrested for it, that's the cops for you. Still doesn't change that it was kind of stupid to drive around with a gun laying out in plain view. Both things can be true at the same time
I thought not having a gun was a betrayal of Texan culture. Law enforcement gives you a loaner to store in the glove box if you don't have one?
Wouldn't surprise me at all if he was doing a 'hold that gun for me' job for his rapper friends. Too old for that kind of ish though.
@iNoseBleedRed what are your thoughts on this? I remember you would post a lot of harden related stuff.
I think the HPD created a Harden Rule. Also, Harden always finds a way to go home early. You’re in Texas, all the gun laws are in your favor, you’re on the way to victory at the strip club and you still go home early. PS, can we discuss this in the other Harden got arrested thread @LosPollosHermanos
That and Scott Foster. If either one of those problems didn't exist, it is a 99% certainty the Rockets win it all in 2018, and I call it like 80% that they repeat in 2019. The 20% chance, if I'm being honest, is the chance that Harden is so pleased with 2018's ring that he basically parties all summer and never recovers, starting his career spiral a couple years early. I'm just glad after these finals that a LOT more people seem to be becoming aware of Foster's incompetence... just too late for it to matter to Rockets fans, unfortunately. Lady luck is a b!tch sometimes.
Exactly. Why is it when minorities have guns everyone assumes they are guilty/criminals, but for non-minorities it's a God given right to carry arms and just plain American. People need to look at their biases a bit more in depth.
Different states many time mean very different laws. Such as Connecticut is a stand down state, meanwhile Texas is a stand your ground state. Always remember that the US is one hodgepodge of ideological ideas, and that by following the laws in your state, they may make you a felon in your neighboring state…
