Harden arrested in Houston

    He faces a misdemeanor charge for unlawfully carrying a weapon after police spotted an unholstered handgun in plain view inside his vehicle's cup holder around 3:41 a.m. He was released on a $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 22.

    To be fair. Most people in Texas keep their handguns in the cup holder of their car. Don’t think he should have been arrested, they could have given him a warning. Also, it seems strange that you can proudly display your long gun in the gun rack in your pickup but you can’t have a handgun in the cupholder. I know it’s for safety and all. But, this is Texas.
