They paid homeless for votes and threw out Pratt votes. Strong evidence. There is no longer a question as to the integrity of this election. It was fraudulent. Any fool can see it simply by looking at the trends in votes pre-and-post-election day. But the lack of guardrails (removed by Democrats) for voting integrity almost guarantees that fraud will occur -- all by Democrat design. They are fraudsters incapable of winning on policy. I'm hopeful and optimistic that the DOJ brings charges against the perpetrators of this fraud.

Unfounded claims of homeless voter fraud

Many spreading this story are doing so with little or no evidence of wrongdoing and are instead relying on information that is false or can be explained by more benign reasons.

Michele Brewster, sitting in a wheelchair on on San Julian Street, said she did not see any candidates — or anyone at all — campaign on Skid Row or talk with homeless people about the election, much less pay them to vote. And if they had, she said, she would have heard about it through the grapevine.

"I virtually think that the voting process completely passed up Skid Row," Brewster said.

Unfounded claims of homeless voter fraud


Conservative media personality Benny Johnson claimed L.A. used the "homeless industrial complex" to rig the election against Pratt
in a widely shared video post, saying without evidence that there is a scheme to withhold ballots meant for homeless people and wait
to submit them until it is clear how many votes the chosen candidate needs.

He also falsely said Raman was "winning Skid Row" as he showed a precinct level map of results in and around downtown Los Angeles.
that map reflects votes as of the afternoon of election day, which does include overwhelming majority of of the mail-in votes

A post-election analysis by LA country Registrar Office shows that

• Bass, not Raman, had the most votes across the precincts covering Skid Row, which is home to the highest concentration of homeless people in the country.
• Raman was up in other areas of downtown and some adjacent neighborhoods such as Echo Park, home to many young renters who make up a core of Raman's base.

If you don’t understand basic math,
stop opining on the LA elections

Republicans are around 15% of voters in the city of Los Angeles. That’s not enough to win an election, guys. Many have claimed, after the fact, that they never actually thought Pratt would become mayor, just that he would make the top two. Ah, I love a good rewrite of history.

The best thing to do if you want to win an election in LA is to be a Democrat, which is what billionaire developer Rick Caruso. a life-long Republican, tried in 2022 and it almost worked. In fact, it’s hard not to wonder “what if” he had decided to challenge Bass again.

But also, whining about elections is not going to help Republicans win more in LA. A much better use of time would be to do the hard work of building winning coalitions and turnout operations.

Republicans will only become competitive again in LA on the whole when they restore credibility with voters. That won’t happen while leading voices can’t understand basic math.

Republican Richard Riordan understands this simple math; he was the last Republican to win the LA mayoral race,
