    • Are the Google/Yelp reviews good?
    • Ask the server or whoever what they like to eat, then order that.

    They be dredgin’ to make land back in the day. There’s a neighborhood in Galveston called Lost Bayou that was a bayou that was entirely filled in with dredged dirt.
