The blueprint clearly laid out… it’s indisputable. There are absolutely no guardrails on Democrat voter fraud in California. And Democrats are more than willing to cheat — we’ve seen that in all of their other fraud cases like daycares, autism, SNAP benefits, and more…

This is how Democrats cheat… hard evidence. If you don’t believe they cheat, explain why they remove all guardrails from the voting process? No ID, no postmark, no chain of custody of ballots, ballot harvesting in some cities is legal… they have intentionally removed all methods of proving their fraud. Because they lack a moral core. Bad people at the top and low-IQ people unwittingly following them…. The latest in a LONG list of fraud from the Democrats…

    Grok (Elon Musk) says:

No, there is no credible evidence of widespread voter fraud in California.

    Scale of the Issue
Voter fraud (impersonation, double voting, ineligible voting, ballot tampering, etc.) occurs at extremely low rates nationwide and in California—typically 0.0003% to 0.0025% of ballots cast according to multiple analyses, including academic studies and reviews of prosecutions. With tens of millions of votes in recent California elections, isolated incidents happen (as they do everywhere), but they do not approach the scale needed to sway statewide or major race outcomes.
    • Heritage Foundation database: A key conservative resource tracking proven cases nationwide shows a sampling of incidents over decades (not exhaustive, and many predate modern safeguards). For California, it documents specific prosecutions (e.g., false registrations, absentee misuse), but these are individual or small-scale, not systematic. Brookings analysis of similar data put fraud rates like 0.0000845% in comparable states, with no altered election outcomes.
    • California-specific reviews: The California Research Bureau (2026) and other literature summaries found scattered cases from 2020–2024 (e.g., a few guilty pleas for registration fraud, ballot mishandling, or ineligible voting), but experts rejected claims of widespread fraud. Grand jury reports in some counties highlighted risks but not proven large-scale issues.
    • Mail voting and harvesting: California uses universal mail ballots with signature verification, tracking, and cure processes. Studies (e.g., Brookings) find mail fraud vanishingly rare (~4 cases per 10 million ballots). Ballot harvesting has led to concerns and some abuses (e.g., fake drop boxes by CA GOP in 2020, or isolated harvesting schemes), but prosecutions remain limited and do not indicate outcome-changing fraud.
    Recent Claims (2026 Primaries)
President Trump and some Republicans have raised doubts about slow mail ballot counting in California's June 2026 primaries (normal for the state, with postmark deadlines and high mail volume). Federal officials, including Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney's Office prosecutors in California, have opened investigations and confirmed isolated cases (e.g., paying homeless individuals for registrations), but explicitly stated no evidence of widespread fraud. Specific viral claims (e.g., zero votes for a candidate in LA updates) were debunked by DOJ review of county records.

State officials (AG Rob Bonta, Secretary of State) and courts/audits have consistently found no systemic problems.

    Why Claims Persist
    • Structural factors: California's system (no voter ID requirement for mail, late counting of provisional/mail ballots, ballot harvesting legalization) ranks low on Heritage's Election Integrity Scorecard (~30/100), raising legitimate concerns about vulnerabilities and public confidence.
    • Isolated real cases: Prosecutions for dead voters, felons, noncitizens (rare), or double voting exist and should be pursued aggressively. Noncitizen voting, for example, is documented in small numbers nationally over years.
    • But not decisive: Decades of audits, recounts, court cases (including 2020), and studies (PNAS, Brennan Center, etc.) find no evidence that fraud is organized, widespread, or outcome-determinative in California or nationally. Claims often rely on anecdotes, errors in data interpretation, or unproven theories.
Election administration can always improve (better voter roll maintenance, ID checks, real-time audits, transparency in harvesting). Isolated fraud deserves prosecution regardless of scale. However, the empirical record—prosecutions, audits, and statistical analyses—shows it is not "widespread" in California.

    GOOD DAY
