It’s all between his ears at this point. Abreu doesn’t strike me as the brightest bulb on the tree… Espada should have just put a cut out of Hader in uniform in the bullpen and Abreu would have had an era of sub 3 this year.

Then again, maybe Espada would see the cut out and try to call him into the game.

 

Bro had more WAR as a hitter in 1 AB than he did as a pitcher in 44 games.

 

Abreu hit 96 multiple times Sunday, and hit 97 twice today. Adding another dominant reliever would certainly help matters.
