Well that and Trump is not the boss in the Israel relationship.

I think Iran is waiting for mid-terms and then they will reassess. Nothing will happen before then. So early next year we might see some good faith negotiating from Iran. At this point Iran can do more damage to the world economy than the US can do to Iran. Our weapon stocks are at dismally low levels. They can keep manufacturing $20k drones to slam in to unprotected gulf state refineries and military bases and threaten shipping in the strait.

 

In the meantime, Trump will continue Putin's work in weakening the US in every way imaginable. I don't see how we ever recover our standing in the world.
