A lot of liberals do not want a war with China or Russia and a lot of conservatives do want war with Russia and China. In reality it is more complex than a liberal/conservative divide.
You are mistaken if you think there will be a war between China and Taiwan. Hopefully you don't see a role for the US in this possible war.

I’m done making predictions but I do think China both sees it in their strategic interest to bring Taiwan under their sphere of influence over the US, but also they seem to show that they aren’t itching to go to war vs using economic and political maneuvering to get where they want to go.

Also I assume that China and Xi are smart enough to see the US’s decline to where they can just wait it out. It’s the smart play imo but everyone thought Putin was this mastermind as well and he still couldn’t help himself by launching a disaster of a war against Ukraine.

China and Xi in typical Chinese fashion are smart enough to just focus on improving themselves. They have heavily focused on building infrastructure, manufacturing capability, science and technology. They are getting it any way they can even if they have to steal it. They aren't trying to sabotage other countries like the US and Russia. Eventually they will be strong enough where they can make the rules.

    FIFY.

As usual, this war stops when the Russians go back to Russia. Putin is now currently refusing to meet with Zelenskyy to talk ceasefire which would be the first step to a negotiated peace settlement.

It is Putin who does not care about Russia or its people. This war has seen Russia lose military assets it can no longer replace, lose fighting age men (in the midst of a huge demographic shift), lose oil production facilities, and lose economic output (which will take years after the war is over to build back).

Out of curiosity has Bloomberg ever met one of our wars they didn't cheer and say we were winning bigly until we weren't?. Sources and their history should be evaluated.

OK, not fine, but always at least verbalized "reluctantly" willing to do so. Sort of like Biden on genocide in Ukraine. I have always been grateful that Russia and especially China got the bomb as we would have been similarly reluctant to kill hundreds of million for democracy, The American Way or some other abstraction that was sold to Americans.

Hey, Space Ghost are you like the type of absolute libertarian who does oppose war, but not if it fought by private armies, without government expenditure and a draft?

    Are you trolling?
I'm not a libertarian or a pacifist. Everyone has a right to defend their life and property. I also believe a person has a right to sell their services for fortune.

I believe conscription is evil, at least in the manner that places ones life at very high risk.

Ukrainians have a right to defend their country, by choice. That said, I am very against the US supporting a war that is resulting in countless deaths. If private individuals want to support it with donations, that is their business.
I find people celebrating the amount of Russian deaths absolutely disgusting. And then dehumanizing them is right up there with the transatlantic slave profitters and Nazis.

no one is celebrating, i am pointing out how stupid it is, as corroborated by the rising death toll,
for Russia to continue with this needless war
