If it was Sengun/DFS/Capela and a protected first rounder I would do it. But he would also have to agree to some sort of extension that had a team option after a couple years. 31/32 isn’t quite old-old. Like Durant old. but his game is predicated on athleticism to a concerning degree. I do think GA works way better in our lineup than Alpi. he is a better shooter, although he isn’t a good one, he’s just better. all of that being said I would actually be trying to unload Durant to Milwaukee in order to give Giannis one last run in Milwaukee. I do think he feels fairly loyal to them. I've been saying for months that the Rockets would go after him, but (i) now I think he only wants teams in the East, and (ii) none of our young players grew in value this year. I think it's now 50/50 between moving Sengun for Kawhi or trading KD for a guard.
I’m out on Sengun but I do think that he has a lot of trade value. his contract is extremely favorable, he is still young enough to continue to improve, and the correct offensive coach can really probably build a lot of system around him. for example if he were to go to Milwaukee, him and Turner would seem to complement each other well. I will not be upset if he is on the roster next year, but I just don’t think all of these players in their overlapping mid range games will work. I guess GA is a bit of the same, but would also seem that he is a far better creator than anybody that we have on the roster. again, I’m not selling the farm, but if it was essentially Sengun for GA I am probably giving that a whirl.

I love the idea of trading KD to Milwaukee. However I don’t see a world where charlotte moves off of anyone. They were fun and exciting team last year. I would try a sengun turner pairing for a year I feel like he’s the perfect fit next to Alpi. Stretch 5 til protector,
the problem with a Sengun-Turner frontcourt is that neither one can defend on the perimeter, and one of them will have to in this scenario yes, Turner can protect the rim, but Sengun is absolute food, an easy snack, if he’s the one who has to defend in space so the pairing is ultimately flawed IMO

Yeah Turner instead of Sengun, not with him. Would rather have Ware or Okongwu for him. If we are really moving Sengun we will get a good young player and at least one pretty good frp.
Yea, I’m going to 180. Rockets need as many cracks in the draft as they can get. Giannis is a big swing but the team cannot trade picks going forward. They need to reset or stand pat, they need to replace Ime with an offensive coach. They need to boost the FO significantly. The Thunder are not beatable as this organization is currently ran.
I dunno i feel like we should keep the low IQ athletes on the team, trade the actual good players. Feels the logical thing to do imo.
