Combined reckless spending (e.g. FY27 budget has a ~40% increase in military spending) with massive tax cuts, mostly going to the wealthy and...

    Debt: $37 trillion and rising
    Debt-to-GDP ratio: ~120–123%
Interest: $1.1 trillion annually in 2025, and increasing

Donald does what he knows best: borrow and spend, then eventually file for bankruptcy as well

Trump: The people buying US debt should have done more due diligence and not trusted my word. The fact they believed my lies is on them.

All the spending of the democrats and then some, none of the welfare benefits, actually, with a reduction of benefits.

I just might be getting tired of all the winning.

@Space Ghost say debt isn't a Republican crusade anymore. I actually agree but still Trump lowering taxes on the wealthy and increasing spending will be sadly defending by the MAGA.

I actually didn't have a problem with Trump's first election, I was like let this anti-goverment people have their shot, plus I didn't like how Democrats felt obligated to the Clinton's (I love Bill Clinton) so they really weren't fair to her opponents,

But then he lowered the taxes and proceeded to tell people to inject themselves with bleach

They still believe in the U.S.

But the risk is increasing, and they will demand higher interest rates. We all pay for it.

p.s. Donald won't be around long enough to bankrupt the U.S. But he's a big-time accelerator down that path. We will all pay for it. The next and next and next gov will have to clean up the mess.
