Where did DFS get his reputation? Like for real. I was under the impression he was at least a lockdown defender.

I'm just thinking about all the other players we could have gotten for the contract. 2 more years of this guy.

 

Stone loves offering contracts to injured players. Oladipo, Adams, DFS. Sometimes it works with varying results, other times he loses the gamble like with DFS and completely cripples our depth.

 

He adds more movement to the offense, he's just gotta hit his shots. Our offense looks better with him in there, but if he's not going to hit his open 3's, it's just a huge killer.

He is finding the right guy on offense though, sadly those right guys that are open are Amen, DFS, Eason, etc. I'd love to see Reed surrounded by actual shooting. (Yes, he needs to shoot better himself.)

 

The Lakers wanna gift us this win, but Ime declined it by playing DFS.

 

Who wants to bet ime putting in dfs in clutch time?

 

Even though we are losing, I am enjoying rooting for our young core. It does not help that we are missing timely shots but at least we are not doing stupid stuff. The line ups have been better from Udoka.

 

i hate that SGA call so much. just wildly throw your arms into the defenders.. i know we probably deserve it because of Harden but I always felt Harden was way more crafty in the way he drew the fouls then the crap you see these days.

Everyone that comes here forgets how to shoot.

I know people hate to blame coaching but it's funny how when you have an offensive coach like MDA everyone can shoot but when you have Ime/Mchale, no one can shoot. I think there is something to that.

I just want one season where Amen gets the same level of usage and opportunity Jalen got for four straight years at this point. He's the heart and soul of this team, despite his obvious flaws as a player. It could be that he doesn't just doesn't have the basketball talent, but he has the intangibles and the physical tools. Only guy we've had in this rebuild who's had both. Give him a shot.

 

I seems glimpses of who we are, but no one really comes through. Amen is doing good things, but need Sengun and Reed to step it up.

 

If Amen flailed like SGA, he'd get some calls, but Amen isn't like that. He wants to finish strong, instead of falling over.

 

I mean DFS shot just vanished. One of the most unbelievable things I’ve ever seen. He used to shoot close ro 40%. Wow
