I would much prefer we actually enshrine the silent filibuster/60 vote threshold for Senate legislation. In fact, I would like it to apply to reconciliation bills and confirmation votes on appointments as well. If 60 Senators cannot agree on something, it probably isn't something that needs to get done.

I think it is okay, but I would prioritize having a 60-vote threshold over it (or over any particular legislation). There are some unknown number of fraudulent votes. We have no evidence that these fraudulent votes have swung an election for federal office. There is abundant evidence that congress will pass terrible legislation through reconciliation, not least of which is that we have a $39T debt, over $113,000 in debt per US citizen. No matter which major party is elected, the one thing both of them do is spend more money. I want to make it harder for the government to tax and to spend. I care much more about that than I do the SAVE America Act.

 

If you want take some of the ICE funding and make it free and easy for women to get the required documents then go for it.

 

It's funny republicans control the department of justice and have done a throughout investigation of the election and have found 475 "suspicious" ballots out of a total 25 million examined in key states. There is no wide spread voter fraud but your dumbass MAGA have been gaslit by foxnews to believe it's a issue

 

"RINO"s aren't. Pretty much every one of the people you call RINOs (like Thune) voted in favor of the SAVE America Act. Even Senator Collins (but not Senator Murkowski) voted in favor of the House bill. They just aren't willing to blow up the Senate Rules to pass it. Democrats are going to oppose anything they see as targeting women or minorities.
