Quite a bit, but not as much as some around here think. Add a couple of OL, a dynamic RB and a TE that can block and this team has a chance to win a SB if the QB doesn't turn the ball over.
I agree, were far but not that far if we can hit on some picks AND add some pieces through FA. Nick doesn't have a great track record with the O Line, but Ersery was a hit so maybe he can do it again, I would really like a pick through the draft to make it and give me one stud O Lineman through FA, then we find a RB..............don't shop at TJ Maxx this year, get some real quality................not sexy, just REAL quality. K Walkers performance in the SB will most likely up his worth and Breece Hall could be an option 1. Kenneth Walker III, Seattle Seahawks Snaps: 1,539 | PFF grade: 93 Walker currently leads all running backs in PFF grade (90.7) in what has been a career year. He has also been one of the league's best at creating beyond his blocking, ranking third at the position in missed tackles forced (65). 2. Breece Hall, New York Jets Snaps: 2,026 | PFF grade: 84.4 Hall has earned PFF grades above 80.0 in two of the past three seasons and ranked eighth among running backs in PFF grade (83.5) in 2025. He will be just 25 years old when the 2026 NFL season begins and has established himself as a top-10 player at the position. 3. Travis Etienne Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars Snaps: 2,069 | PFF grade: 77.9
CJ just has to know that stuff like a quick passing game can replicate the run when the run game isn't working. I mean, he has "control" of the offense and I didn't see enough of that last year.
Definitely have to make a run at one of those top end rbs. Texans by far had the worst starting rb situation out of any team in the postseason.
Yeah, they drafted Jaylin Smith in the 3rd rd to be a CB depth piece. I'm more than good with using a 4th/5th rd pick on another DB. Same with LB. I'm ok with drafting a stud DT like Lee Hunte at 1-28 because this would make for a truly dominant DL. With this said they've gotta find an OL or 2, a RB and TE that can block. After watching the offense suck I'm on board with filling these positions in rds 1-3.
I would like to see some solid depth and maybe a GOOD interior lineman....................maybe a Safety? We were very lucky we did not have major injuries to set us back on D this year
Not surprising at all that they landed on Bridgeland. I’d imagine that’ll be a very logical place for them to build a new stadium as well should they choose to leave NRG.
Spoiler “Oh the Bridges have collapsed today!” “Demeco, what led to the collapse?” “It’s water under the bridge. We’re on to Jacksonville.” “The Bridges are in trouble. Looks like they're about to go under!” “Demeco, any update on Joe Mixon?” “Joe’s workin’ hard. We’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.” “He has burned his bridge. There is no coming back.”
