Stupid question from a dumbass trying to dump on Reed. He knew goddam* well what the answer was gonna be when he asked the question. Little does f*ckface knows he’s stirring up unnecessary sh*t between teammates. F*cking clown.

The reporter is a piece of ****, because Reed and Amen are each others biggest supporters and have a ton of synergy. He was trying to stir the pot

problem is Udoka should know better and answered it like a tard

I'm glad Ime showed his true colors. The answer exposed him.

So, trade your allstar center who can be the hub of your offense for the guy who can't shoot outside of 3 feet, can't run the offense and otherwise kills your spacing?

I guess that's the $100 million question - Amen or Sengun, who stays, who goes?

Ime "We're gonna ride or die with 4 forwards and a center, we don't need no damn spacing"

Sengun should be the one to stay, but it's more likely that they will choose Amen, unfortunately. It's just going to be much harder to build around Amen.

The question makes no sense. If Reed starts, why is it replacement of Amen? Why can't they both start?

I don't know if that was the idea. But I personally been wanting DFS at small ball center. Though he has been playing the usual role of 3/4.

This was a loaded question of an improbable 1 to 1 position swap. Might as well ask "Have you considered starting Tari in place of Sengun?"

Even with FVV coming back, Amen wont get swapped out, he'll just change position. It'll be Tari that probably goes back to the bench.

It all still means Reed will get squeezed out by FVV, as long as FVV is a Rocket

It won't come down to that. Why are we even discussing that?

Anyways. Ime is a horrible coach... his decision making sucks.

Ime could have answered this question in a myriad of ways (e.g., maybe saying Reed won't displace Amen as he is an important starter, or by saying he may start depending on matchups and his consistency etc etc), but he decided to answer in an insufferable way, indicating there is no way Reed will ever regularly start under him. Tired of this guy and his hardman shtick.

If/when push comes to shove, there is no doubt in my mind that Ime will insert him into the starting lineup, and then act like he planned it all this time.

He was probably taken off-guard, because it is quite remarkable Reed even gets playing time. Sometimes he doesnt even look like he belongs on an NBA roster...

It was kinda the wrong question, right? Amen isn't going to the bench. He's near all-star level. If Reed starts, he'd replace Tari or Bari.

I could understand if Ime finished with "not right now" but dropping "if ever"? that was personal, wtf.

Im just basing my thoughts on what Ime says and does and what we know about him. Also what people have said about how the organization feels about players behind the scenes.

Same thing happened with Jalen. Ime's first trade deadline here they tried to move jalen for Bridges. Ime initially tried to bring in Brooke Lopez also who at the time was seen as a starting center. His rim protection and outside shot were top tier at the time.

We can tell Ime LOVES Amen so I dont think he's going anywhere. I dont think they'd just trade Alpi for scraps but theyve they're in a position to go star hunting in the off season and Sengun, to me, seems like the guy they'd use as a centerpiece for that type of deal.

Being honest, I feel pretty much the same.

Don't know if it's the right way to go but I think they'd trade Sengun if it came down to one or the other.
