If he was passionately on the left, you would own all his records. I do understand that most good artists in Rock are liberal and I’ve always been ok with that. Almost all of my favorite artists, if they offer an opinion, are at least liberal leaning. I don’t boycott artists because of their political beliefs. Most of their political opinions are uninformed, childish takes anyway. But yeah, my record collection isn’t organized by the artist’s political ideals or beliefs, whether they are left or right leaning. Nobody that likes real music likes kid rock.
I didn’t even know there was a Turning Point halftime show. It doesn’t say much that Big Bunny got more views if you have to turn the channel to watch kid rock. I watched the bunny halftime show and just like Kid Rock, I would never listen to him by choice. Not my bag. Both artists are way off my radar and for good reason. Clearly, bad bunny music isn’t made for a guy like me and I’m totally ok with that. Menudo wasn’t for me either.

Not sure why you are so triggered. This isnt the first time an alternate half time has occurred. The lingerie bowl was somewhat popular for a few years. Some people have different tastes. I did enjoy the bad bunny show though. I became a Kendrick Lamar fan about a year before he performed and was mad I didn't listen to his stuff earlier. Some people are just in the 90s with their muscis taste. Bad Bunny was a good decision by the NFL.

There is nothing wrong with not watching Bad Bunny or the Super Bowl at all. Nobody has to like him (I watched, wasn't for me, and the game was garbage, so I wish I didn't waste hours on that), but there is something wrong with treating his performance as anti-American. He is American. The NFL is a primarily American product, but growing its brand worldwide, so they care about more than just the English speaking audience (not to mention the large number of Americans where Spanish is their first language). I think having an alternate concert option is actually a great idea. I think making it a political divide is stupid. Especially when you're star is a POS like Kid Rock, but what would you expect from people that like Trump?
I watched Bad Bunny and thought it was different not my demographic but it was a nice visual. All I could think was how the hell did they move all those plants in such a short period of time.
