    You’re right. My bad. This incident is the same thing in that you gotta thank goodness that the races weren’t reversed.

    Woulda been a national outrage. Every lib screaming hate crime.

    I believe you all are getting your stories mixed up. And I may be partly to blame, as my post/news article in this thread actually referenced the Charlotte Light Rail stabbing in which the killer said, "I got that white girl." I'm not sure if the subject of this thread also made a comment that could be construed as "racist" or not.

    My bad -- I have the OP of this thread on ignore and came in and posted without reading his post.

    So was the OP being racist in asserting that this killing was race-motivated? As I said, another poster was being accused repeatedly in this thread of being racist for alleging race is a factor in the killing of black people. Shouldn’t the same “racist” label be applied to this thread by the same logic?

    I don’t know if it was racially motivated. Shame that the story was buried though. Was barely in the news. Like I said, that would not have been the case if the races were reversed.
