    Roster construction is just pretty weird. We didn’t have the best players, but the actual CONSTRUCTION made sense last season. Everyone had a very specific role. Now, not so much.

    Alpi’s creativity is being stifled because we don’t have as many dynamic offensive players anymore, KD is a sniper but it’s not fair to make him do everything at 37-38, and Amen is super limited. That’s our big three right there…and besides that, Jabari has been up and down, Reed has been even upper and downer than Bari, DFS has been nearly unplayable, and Steve-O is out for the season.

    Hakeem isn’t walking through that door. James Harden certainly isn’t.

    This squad will NEVER win a championship as it is right now. Second round looks tough, even.

    And plus we have a shitton of salary tied up to FVV, who may or may not even be a starter-caliber player when he returns.

    For someone who has tried to be the eternal optimist during the post-Silas years, this season is breaking my heart. Especially when the other teams that were tanking alongside us in the west ALL look like they have brighter futures at the moment.

    Ugh this sucks

    MFer....WHY DID YOU TAKE HIM OUT AFTER 3 MINS THEN!??!?!?!

    Wouldn't this been the perfect time to just bench the players disappointing you and put in new players? How is this guy a Pop disciple? No way he learned a single thing under Popovic. I don't believe it.

    KD is the best player on the team but you have to wonder if this trade completely broken our rebuild.

    Good for Jock. He was solid here, never complained, but contributed when called. Hate we gave him up, we could use his 3pt shooting.

    Udoka is incredibly stubborn, and Rafael Stone is risk averse when it comes to trades. Bad combination. There’s no excuse for the Rockets to not have acquired another ball handler today. At least Bobby Portis for Finney-Smith and a pick should have gotten across the finish line.

    There is no move or lineup change that can fix this team.

    It's just fundamentally broken.

    Every single part of our initial core has regressed. What's worse is since getting rid of Dillion Brooks this team has no edge anymore.
